Upon starting RPD did your symptoms worsen before they improved?

What were your symptoms?

How long before u saw an improvement?

i'd say it's different for everyone. mine were very gradual and slow improvement.

I already did my detoxes, my fasts and my vegan and fruitarian experiment before adding raw fish and raw eggs to my fruitarian diet.

My liver had been cleared of stones by this time. December 2007.

So my experience entering raw paleo diet Jan 2008 was INSTANTLY wonderful! (being bereft of animal food for a few months).

Adding raw red meat by April 2008 was also pleasant and wonderful.

Going high fat after a year was also pleasant.

I've had nothing but a great time with raw paleo diet.

I had a 2-3 day detox as soon as I started this diet, followed by very occasional detoxes for the next 2 years, sort of once every 2 to 4 months. These were all of a minor nature, though, and I always felt a bit better afterwards.
