O3 to O6 ratio is 3: 1 for O3.

What do you think?

Chia has a lot of anti nutrient compounds in them and should not be used in large amounts

It has even more nutrients which means they will cancel the anti-nutrients.
Besides the anti-nutrients, I believe, are water soluble and thus the chia oil is devoid of the anti-nutrients but remains a very rich source of fatty acids in the ratio of 3:1 for Omega 3 fatty acids. What do you think?

Lifemax Testimonies in Health

Couple of testimonials.

Seems like the this is a good source of omega 3 fats and other things.  It is easier for most people to eat than raw bone marrow or raw eggs.  Could be useful for those who haven't got a steady source of good raw fats.

We have some at home, I may as well try it.

Any suggested dosage?  How much to drink daily?

Here's some dosage info I found.

* Two tablespoons in a glass of water or juice. Let sit 10 minutes and stir well before drinking. Start your day with this. For those who are overweight or those with diabetes, I strongly recommend doing this before each meal

But this is for CHIA SEEDS.

Duke started this thread with the subject CHIA OIL.  What's with that?

what about soaked/sprouted chia seeds?
Hi, I'm 32, around 5'4" and ~124lb, no real significant health problems other than hyperventilating when running/exercising (that my doc said was because of the smog/asthma), fatigue, and really bad acne.
I'd preferably be a carnivore/very low carb, but I have had a very hard time finding grass-fed or even organic fats, organs, and marrow. I consume raw dairy, but I do not eat much vegetables.. however, I do love fruit.
I live with my dad, so I also have to sneak any raw meat eating.

Flax oil is roughly 5:1 O3:O6.

But it contains no DHA - is all EPA Omega 3s. I stopped taking it and went back to fish oil.

I was under the impression there's no veg source of DHA.

The best omega 3 oil is Krill Oil. It's much easier absorbed in our systems, and much more bioavailable than fish oil. Google it, and do your own research. You'll find there's nothing to it's equal!
