www.eatwild.com . As far as Local Duck Eggs, I found a local farmer that sells them @ the Irvine Farmers Market (there across from UCI, on Sat. mornings). Drake Family Farms. They have a website, but no info on their duck eggs as of yet. But, they are fed a subsidized percentage of Soy and Corn grains (can't remember if they are organic or not off the top of my head). I talked with the Rep. and she told me, the owners were thinking on changing the feed. If you go down there, just ask a lot of questions. I passed on them for now. But, I'm extremely picky when it comes to meats, eggs, fat's, ect. I only buy Grassfed, or a natural based diet (wild game) meats and eggs. To me, what the animals eat is very important to me. I'm sure I'm no different, than a lot of people in this forum.
