Whats the best way to get a leg up on bodybuilding?

You don't want steroids bro.  If you want to be as anabolic as possible for gaining muscle start here:

-do springs once or twice a week for ton of HGH release
-take naps in the sun and SLEEP a lot at night
-don't overtrain but train heavy when you do train
-eat high quality, easy to digest foods with emphasis on proteins/fats most likely from animal foods.
