I'm only beginning to understand these fat and protein ratios that I may have to adjust to be successful with longer term carnivorous diet.

I'm thinking, what is the fat / protein ratio of:

- whale meat?
- seal meat?
- arctic fish?
- elk?
- reindeer?
- polar bear?
- walrus?

Where I'm driving at is that we have our diet models from say Inuits but the animals they get are far different from the animals I get in Manila.

I may get beef, tuna and imported lamb... but the fat / protein composition of my animals are far different from arctic tribes animals.

Percentages, by weight, by volume, by visual inspection of fat vs protein?

I don't think the composition of the animal correlates to the composition of the diet because animal parts have other uses besides food for humans. Examples are food for the dogs, lamp oil, bone art, fat for grooming. Appetite plays a large role in determining nutrient balance. Also, don't forget to factor in topical vs arctic climate, which impacts nutrient needs.

I hope you are taking epigenetics in to account GS. They are a huge part of who you are, genetically, and thus dietarily speaking.
