is there any way to fix this other than surgery?

My research on this topic is coming up more blank than anything else.

There's a therapy called NCR, (neurocranial restructuring) that involves sticking a balloon up your nose and inflating it.  It seems to work for this condition sometimes.  I actually have done it to myself several hundred times, it didn't correct my very slightly deviated septum, but it definitely helped my posture and alignment.  I don't pull muscles anymore, ever, after doing NCR on myself. That wasn't true before.
