I crave nuts and vegetable fats

Hi,

After eating mostly cooked chicken with salads and olive oil and nuts, i wanted to try eating no more vegetable fats so i been eating raw steak and liver for the past few days and I'm super craving nuts and olive oil. My meat is grass fed btw

I agree with GS, unless you are trying to go very-low carb. If that's the case, you are probably in the cross-over period from burning carbs to burning fats. And, if you are trying to go low carb, get way more fats than just raw steak and liver.

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies if that wasn't clear, i just want to cut back on vegetable fats cause I don't think its natural and also nuts are expensive

Change is gradual.
The abrupt change you want is setting off your cravings.
Make a better transition plan.

*sigh* Could people please correct their grammar/punctuation after spelling? I do my best to correct nonsense, but have to admit to giving up when some long-winded member posts a 1,000 word essay in every post with multiple errors. Could people please bear in mind that bad spelling/bad grammar etc.  just make our forum 's members  look, as a whole,  like uneducated morons?

Eat more animal protein and fat and make sure you are getting a broad range of minerals and nutrients from a variety of these kinds of foods.  Make sure you are eating some seafoods.  Eat egg yolks.  Try avocados and whole raw coconut if you can.  I would caution against large amounts of vegetable oils and nuts as they can muck up the gallbladder.  Eat a good variety of fruits and vegetables, especially greens.
