Can't see how any old metal shavings in resin would do anything, but if you can figure out why this would work I'd like to hear the logic. Quartz crystals are supposed to amplify - but since it's just metal shavings of no specific kind what exactly is being amplified and why? Maybe if you used copper which is at least traditionally supposed to be effective???

Papangue - have you looked into earthing yet?

Scientifically you need to put yourself inside a Faraday cage - basically cover you walls with tin foil or mesh - just don't let it get connected to your house wiring AC

My wife and I made an Orgonite blanket for the bed. Hard to say if it works but I read that it's not great if you have a Smart meter as we do.

Another great idea is to make a grounding setup of some variety. According to the book 'Earthing', the obvious results are reduction or elimination of pain and illness. I can vouch for this as we recently were travelling for a month eating cooked food and keeping weird hours plus eating junk food here and there. I ended up with hip pain and couldn't do my Yoga. When I was flying home I read part of the book 'Earthing' and decided to give it a go. I simply used a small band (that has silver threads running through it to conduct electricity) on my wrist (It doesn't matter where you use it as long as it touches bare, preferably wet skin).

You could also use a piece of copper/aluminum/stainless steel/steel pipe or rod and just put it under your bare foot while you work on the computer. Electronic supply stores also have grounding mats they sell which will work.

I plugged a wire from there that went to the grounding connector on my house electrical wall plugs. Beforehand, I used a simple wiring circuit tester that I got at a building supply outlet to check that the outlet was wired correctly. There are about 15 dollars or so. I simply used a 3-prong plug that I had already. I Simply just connected to the third prong. (grounding prong)

I used it for about 1/2 hour which was what the book mentioned and the discomfort has gone.

BTW you could also run a wire out the window of the house and stick it into the ground with a spike, or you could attach it to any water pipes in the house provided they are actually metal all the way to the ground or are grounded at the electrical panel. Another possibility is to attach it to the ground plug in the back of an 'old-fashioned' LOL stereo or maybe on a TV etc.

Before we lived in houses and wore clothing as we do nowadays, we contacted the bare earth with our bare feet and through wet moccasins which allowed the free flow of electrons between the earth and our bodies which effectively gave us antioxidents to counteract the free radicals which our bodies use to fight infection naturally.

Here is a youtube on one way to get rid of the RF/EMF Watch The Earthing Mat Work
Cheers
Al

Just found this. It's a better explanation of Wilhelm Reich the discoverer of Orgone. The story goes that the military wanted the technology for themselves. It makes sense because if you can create weather, you can make it difficult for an enemy to attack or if you bring it to their territory you can prevent them launching their aircraft. Nowadays this is less true.
