raw protein for person refusing to eat raw meat/seafood?
« on: December 02, 2012, 01:16:43 pm »
What raw protein foods are available for someone who does not want to eat raw meat/seafood/organs?

I know nuts/seeds have much protein. But they also have a high amount of omega 6 except for walnuts and Macademia, which contain mostly fat and little protein. I don't think eating much omega 6 is a good idea.

What sprouts are protein-rich and beneficial to health?

Tell them to read the newbies section on how to transition to raw meat.

Most sprouts are protein-rich:-

I prefer watercress to the above, though.

Raw dairy and raw eggs are another option, but, imo, not really ideal as main staples of the diet.

GS, I am sure there are some persons in your life whom you just cannot dismiss like this.   ;)

Eggs are fine and would be much more suitable than dairy - as far as necessary animal foods are considered. Otherwise chickpeas, peanuts, lentils, durians...

I tried my best with my uncle when he had a brain tumor and a lung tumor.  I flew to his city.  I brought really great stuff from manila.  I demonstrated stuff, spent time with him, seared and seared... he would only eat liver or beef when it was cooked to the consistency of LEATHER.

He and his wife chose chemotherapy with their last money.  He immediately looked like a zombie and died.

I hope you have better luck and better skill than I did.

Iguana has nice ideas.

Inger's videos are pretty entertaining, if the sick is a man, he may find Inger sexy and beautiful and encouraging!

What about raw cheese and milk? Isnt that better than too many nuts and seeds?

Neolithic foods causing delayed or immediate serious troubles (unless you're very lucky).

Of course, too much of anything (nuts and seeds included) is noxious.

Iguana, thanks for ideas.

GS, I am sorry about your uncle. You must have felt frustrated and sad.
