I drank that much every day for years of my own goat's milk, raw, green pasture fed only,, got into kefir and raw yogurts with human strains of bacteria,,, seriously doubt it was allergy. More of having come off a raw vegan diet and my body craving usable proteins, and from an instinctive point of view, I had drunk as a kid pasturized cow milk all the way up till 18 or so. That's a lot of gallons of milk. I think my body used the raw goats milk in an exchange moleculer sort of way, the way it did when I started eating lots of raw tuna ( canned tuna was a staple till about 20). I think it cleaned out the damaged protein molecules, if that is possible and was a healthy period in my life. I had NO allergy symptoms what so ever unless the goats ate grain, or there was only dry brown grass for them to eat. For other reasons I stopped with milk. I have said several times here there is a HUGE difference in how at least my body reacts to milk depending on what animal it came from, what it was fed etc.
