Hi everyone,
Let me introduce myself just to give some context to my question: I'm a 23 years old male living in Mexico City, I've been "cornered" (thankfully) into a primal diet by health issues and I'm beginning too feel much better every day ( although being a bit misunderstood by relatives

).
Well, after reading Aajonus work, there's some stuff I ponder about:
a) AV separates fats into two kinds mostly, into healing fats and health stabilizing fats. For example, avocado, coconut oil, olive oil, eggs are healing fats; and dairy, animal fats, and coconut cream are health stabilizing fats. Since right now I'm mostly consuming healing fats, I wanted to ask what's really the difference, aren't this getting turned into calories?
b) Now, the main reason I'm not consuming much health stabilizing fats is because
-Unpasteurized dairy is illegal in Mexico City
-Coconut cream takes much time to make ( don't have a juicer!)
- Animal fats. Well, it's difficult now to find organic meat. Organic grass fed beef is too expensive, as well as most fish, oysters and lamb. I mostly have access to good rabbit, chicken, turkey and pork. But aren't fowl and pork sort of frowned upon even here? And I don't want to rabbit starve!
So my question is, is it okay to eat inorganic animal fats? I know AV says lean meat is OK, but fat? I'm asking because he says toxins mostly store in fat and organs. But since fats also remove it....
Anyways, thanks for the time!
