I find it funny that other comments from MDs instantly lead to saying "what the article fails to mention is that these drugs/supplements lower inflammation and help"

They missed the point entirely, that food that causes inflammation shouldn't be consumed, at least in such high numbers.

Trying to heal ADHD. Common symptoms: fatigue, impulsiveness, poor attention, no motivation.
Other side issues I'd like to get over: Acne, dandruff, tooth health (yellow, poor gums, gingivitis)
