The body rebuilds itself

So keep eating raw! Eventually you'll have a brand new body with all new nutrients.
Disclaimer: I was told I was misdiagnosed over 10 years ago, and I haven't taken any medication in over a decade.

When I first started RPD I was talking with my best friends mom about her heart issues and that I was going to eat raw meat. She said yuck, as people commonly do and asked why. I told her I needed to heal my body and feel better and nothing else was working. She has heart issues and eats a lot of "healthy grains" to try and help. She's overweight and stressed. I asked her if she could guarantee her heart issues to be healed would she give up all the candy, snacks, grains, etc? She said her doctors told her the heart doesn't heal, so no. I said aside from what doctors say, if it worked would you do it. She said she didn't want to give up her sweets so no.

The epitome of the human condition: I'd rather suffer with one thing to enjoy rather than give up that one thing (bad food) and suffer a little more for a short while but have greater happiness for longer. We are so focused on the present. That reminds me of a joke me and my roommates made up, the morning after a candy/drinking binge; "my present self is always pissed at my past self, while my future self never gets here"

Trying to heal ADHD. Common symptoms: fatigue, impulsiveness, poor attention, no motivation.
Other side issues I'd like to get over: Acne, dandruff, tooth health (yellow, poor gums, gingivitis)

If ya ain't hungry enough to eat raw liver, ya ain't hungry enough.

We are all just doing the best we can, with what we know, at any given time.

That is so true, sadly.

Oh, that makes me so mad!!! "My doctor said" is a form of abuse in which the victim goes willingly to the torture.

My doctor is just waiting for me to come in and get a hip replacement. I decided to heal arthritis instead. The peer-reviewed literature abounds with validated treatment protocols for all diseases, but most doctors aren't in the game to heal their patients. I've still got more joint remodeling to do, but the progress is phenomenal.

There is, of course, a bit of reason to be had here. If the object is so damaged that it is severely malfunctioning, there may not be a chance of recovery, even with a "perfect" RPD diet of plentiful wild animals and fruits/veggies. Even if one were hypothetically eating the perfect diet for them, I still think damage can be too far. However in the case of the heart, it would probably have to be not beating, so keep at it!
