I voted 15-20 but a more accurate answer would be “an infinity”. I guess only the sea food with the various fish, shellfish and seaweeds counts already ways over 20. Then there are various wild animal meats, wild boar, deer, venison, chamois, ibex, moufflon, hare, badger, etc. Wild fruits and plants such as cempedak, arbutus, rosehip, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mulberries, other berries which I sometimes test without even knowing what it is… and various mushrooms, purslane, chestnuts, etc.
Of course, it doesn’t mean that I often eat all of those, and plenty are still there for me to discover.
Then there are some more or less cultivated fruits that are almost wild, such as loquats, jackfruits and plantains.
