After childbirth, 12 years ago, I got a single vericose vein inside my labia It was dark purple, and noticeable to myself when looking in the mirror. I asked about surgery but he said they wouldnt remove them surgically unless they gave me pain. So basically no change for the last six years. But tonight, my boyfriend and I were having sex in front of a mirror and we both noticed that I looked better down there. The skin had lightened on my vagina, and upon cliser inspection my veins barely noticeable! I have been following the primal diet for about two months. I believe eating raw meat and drinking raw milk are the reason for this healing.
