Which of these are your favorite BBQ foods?  Any of you have a paleo recipe for any of them?

:o  ?? This is a raw paleo forum.
Cause and effect are distant in time and space in complex systems, while at the same time there’s a tendency to look for causes near the events sought to be explained. Time delays in feedback in systems result in the condition where the long-run response of a system to an action is often different from its short-run response. — Ronald J. Ziegler

They say that taste is 80% smell. I'd say turn on the grill, sacrifice one lamb chop, and sit next to it so you can smell the smoke while eating the rest of the chops raw. Make sure it is grass-fed, the regular grain-fed lamb always tastes like fish to me.

All kidding aside, I couldn't pick a favorite. When I go out to eat for an occasion, I like to go to brazillian rodizio style restaurants. You get to try every kind of BBQ and they come around and cut it onto your plate so you can tell them just give me the fat or just give me the raw part in the center.
My basic health philosophy:

1. If it is advertized on TV, don't touch it.
2. If it is recommended in the news, do the opposite.
3. If it makes most people afraid, it might be good for you.

when you grill/burn meatsstuff you create carbon.  carbon is found in all fat sources and is also high in anything that is high in carbohydrates.  carbohydrates are basically carbon+hydrogen+oxygen. perhaps people who want bbq might just need extra carbon, fats or carbohydrates,

Carbonize it completely then! Pure carbon is not toxic… and it doesn’t matter what source it came from, so that source doesn't even need to be meat.  ;D
