I can see that I am being viewed as somewhat overly fanatical here, but I do have a point. I am not all that bothered with Muslims being  sold  halal meats from their own sources(ie each to their own), though I would generally prefer the animals being stunned beforehand rather than being  consciously bled to death in order to satisfy some ghoulish  ritual. What I object to is halal meat being sold to non-Muslims without their knowledge.I mean, these scumbag corporations  know damn well that if they ever chose to label their meats as being of halal origin, then the vast majority of non-Muslims would no longer buy their crappy meats. Plus,  allowing this sort of skullduggery merely allows other, more serious forms of wrongdoing to occur which really will impact our diets. That is why I am so against  the governments banning raw dairy despite my being rather anti-raw-dairy-consumption myself.

I'm not against eating meats prepared by halal and kosher methods of slaughter. As a matter of fact, this was the method of chicken slaughter that I saw at my relatives' farm when I was young. In town, my family bought meats from a kosher butcher because my mother and grandmother said they tasted better. (Of course, pork chops, bacon, etc. came from another market.)

Nowadays, I buy lamb and goat from a halal ranch or halal markets. The ranch passed my "inspection." At the markets, nothing is hidden from view. My firsthand experience includes no ghoulish rituals, just well-raised livestock being prepared for market with a sharp knife.

I realize that California and UK have differences. This is one of them.

Hmm, I always remember the guru  Tony Robbins pointing out that the lack of blood in kosher/halal meats results in them having  a poorer taste. Although I will admit that kosher/halal meats can end up being sold heavily spiced.

It amazes me how religion is still such a big thing among  many nonwhites. In the media, whenever one hears of a Christian who is suing some atheistic, draconian local authority in the UK re religious discrimination, one invariably finds that the plaintiffs are nearly always black. And then there is the current, mystifying increase of Catholics in China - why don't the latter  just go in for Buddhism/Confucianism/Taoism or whatever - such  more Chinese-oriented doctrines are anyway far healthier than the modern liberal-retard Roman Catholic Church.
 I mean,  most Whites have not bothered to go to Church or whatever for years even if they were raised in a religious household - it's a common saying now that "religion is only for ethnic minorities and queers". I always remember my Marxist-Liberation-Theology priest-nutters  at my local Catholic congregation who more or less made it clear that they despised us  local whites while  they praised the poor benighted heathens they were converting over in Africa(ie poor people go to heaven, middle-class and up should go to hell). I  utterly despise people who have this "Mrs Jellyby Complex".At any rate, Muslims weren't always this moronic as in the Middle-Ages they had a flourishing science and literature etc.(though mainly inspired by Rome and Ancient Greece, originally!). Ah well, maybe this explains the "Great Filter" - that is,  we reached civilisation as a result of the survival of the fittest doctrine, whereas civilisation, unfortunately, seems to favour "survival of the least-fittest", thus eventually leading to extinction.

What is really disturbing is that the article mentions how some UK schools have deliberately removed pork from the school-menus. That really is sick.

I don't mind Islam becoming the world's dominant religion. Islam is something the atheist, secular, and Marxist West will NEVER be able to pacify to Western code of living & ideology. Vast number of Muslims (women especially) are just loyal to "Allah" to the bone, that stupid things like "abortion" & "homosexuality" will NEVER be accepted among their ranks, no matter how much Western propaganda is thrown on their mugs. Muslims who immigrate to Europe & North America retain their ideological & cultural identity, while OUT BREEDING the idiotic, decadent, self destructing, and moronic WHITES of the mentioned regions. One thing I admire about Islam is the value of TRADITIONAL FAMILY (Man-Woman-Children), which the West has long abandoned, regardless of the founder being a pedophile.

Atheism will NEVER have a dominant world presence due their constant small population, and little to no desire to have children. Their "No God" propaganda being their only weapon to gain some numbers, not through breeding. Christianity will survive among the Latin Americans and Filipinos, because they also value traditional family values like the Muslims, while also forbidding abortion. Homosexuality among Filipinos & Latin Americans is at best TOLERATED, not promoted or accepted, even if Argentina legalized same-sex marriage. Bottom line... NUMBERS RULE.

The point is that the atheists are way more scientifically/culturally etc. -advanced than any religious people, regardless of ethnic affiliation. The Muslims are still stuck in a 7th Century AD-era impoverished  cultural mindset, due to their religion, and are highly unlikely therefore  to ever  genuinely develop a highly technological society in the future - that means no  human space-travel for them   and therefore  no escape when the next  mass-species-killing event hits the Earth. The Earth will certainly be destroyed in c.300 million years, but mabe much, much  sooner if we encounter a "Snowball Earth" event or an asteroid hitting the Earth etc., so Muslims will be wiped out at some stage by Mother Nature anyway.
So breeding en-masse is not necessarily always a  survival trait. One does need brains and science as well.

What I am hoping is that before the very intelligent parts of the global hominid population all die out, that libertarian eugenics and genetic engineering become so far advanced that individiduals can routinely make  such disciplines work for   themselves. I mean,   only  a mental patient would prefer his children not to be blessed with better looks,better brain-power etc.

Tyler, maybe your non religious folk can mimic my style.  I was always non religious, but very pro-life and pro-natal and scientific. (astro dork, engineer, programmer, linux admin, website developer, real healer, now studying birthing).  The purpose of life is to make more life.  And we must be a multi planetary species and keep on reproducing.

Women are sexy, making babies is good, taking care of and raising multiple babies wonderful and fulfilling, and raising grandchildren more so.  That is my default program, just following it.  Did your non religious in the UK lose that program?

The supermarkets are clearly worried. They know damn well that if they are forced to label their meats as being kosher or halal, that no one will buy such meats and they will have to get the abbattoirs to start mostly producing non-halal/non-kosher meats.

The whole point is that, in this case,  a few tiny minorities are being allowed to exert control over the eating-habits of a majority.  This is truly a sick society. Hundreds of years ago, any Muslim immigrant in the UK forcing others to eat halal would have been summarily executed as being an anti-Christian heretic/pagan and that would be that.

  Basically, democracy used to be a tyranny of the majority, now it is a tyranny of the minorities. For example, the UK police openly admitted in recent years that they had deliberately avoided arresting various Muslim paedophile rings  in the UK which had been openly  sexually abusing/raping vulnerable white non-Muslim underaged girls from care-homes, purely because the police were afraid of being accused of racism. Previously, there had been a hopelessly biased  " Macpherson Report" which had quite wrongly pretended that there was "institutional racism" in the UK  police when, as newspapers admitted later, the real problem was actually endemic corruption.

Muslims do not necessarily control the abattoirs etc. It is just that the abattoirs are bone-idle  and do not want separate facilities for halal/kosher meats  and non-halal/non-kosher  varieties. Hopefully, now there will be more pressure to force the supermarkets to label such meats.

Unfortunately, an MP's attempt to  force the labelling of halal/kosher foods was roundly defeated, so much so, that this is just more proof of how hostile UK politicians are to the wishes and feelings of the general public.


The vet agency was of course talking utter b*ll*cks in that article. The issue of stunning before death is not the only one, there is also the point that the blood is let out of the animal during halal/kosher slaughter. The blood, apparently, contributes a lot ´to the taste, so bloodless meats are  not desirable. Oh, I almost forgot:- the Jews, with their shechita slaughter, only apparently  accept the front half of an animal and discard the other half to be given to the non-Jewish segment of the population.
