hair problem
« on: May 18, 2014, 04:31:20 am »
I love swimming in the pool and for the past few weeks I have been doing that almost every day.I love it, but my hair doesn't. :/ It is bad, oily and just doesn't feel right!
Somewhere I have read about clarifying shampoo and I found out it is because of my swimming, is that right?

I don't want to stop swimming, but I want my hair back as it was. Can I use it and continue swimming? Do you use it? Any experience with this problem?

most likely it's the chlorine that is stripping your hair.  Go buy a silicone racing swim cap.   You can first get your hair wet with good water, put on the cap, and you won't be washing your hair with chlorine for as many laps as you do.   Don't buy one too tight, it will give you a headache.
