Gerson, it seems like u r having vit D3 deficiency. U must supplemented D3 liquid for a short time from now. But U must need real SUN too. And try some enzymes in the market. It will not kill u any way. Try digestive spectrum (from whole food). U might be allergic on milk or on something.  U can consult with Dr Dorris Rapp. She has her You Tube video on food and environmental allergy. I would suggest to drink raw green fresh papaya juice too. Please, let us know everything.
